Banking App Usability Study

As a consultant, Michael Owens conducted usability studies of the desktop and mobile versions of an exisiting banking application for a credit union. Michael managed the user recruitment process from developing screeners to scheduling and then conducted user sessions remotely.

Synthesizing the findings, Michael prepared and presented analysis and recommendations to stakeholders in an easily digestible format. The documentation provided clearly prioritized findings and strategies to address them and improve the experience of the organizations users.
