SaaS Property Data Interface Upgrade

As a Senior User Experience Consultant, Michael Owens interviewed stakeholders and conducted two rounds of user sessions with end users of a SaaS property data analysis tool to document priorities and pain points. Based on Michael’s analysis and recommendations, the organization combined several existing products into one seamless user experience across multiple platforms.

Working closely with the development team, Michael was able to design interfaces for desktop, mobile, tablet, and Tableau Excel-based versions of the software. The new cohesive user experience was easier to use while providing expanded functionality based on the user’s needs. Michael prepared interactive wrieframes of her designs and tested them with end users to ensure that they addressed specific user complaints.
